A review of the nuts and bolts of arrest, custody, and bond at the Denver County Jail for people charged with municipal and misdemeanor offenses. In addition, there will be a discussion regarding the current policy of full custodial arrest for even minor violations, and likely concerns regarding conditions of confinement, attorney access, length of processing and detention after the posting of bond, and other likely issues.
